Sometimes I listened, most times I didn’t.

It is the cheapest and most easily accessible health ‘secret’ available.

I think the standard is still at least 8 glasses a day (64oz). That really isn’t a lot. 

Drink it before you feel thirsty, drink it instead of soda or juice. 

My cousins don’t know it yet, but we’re getting ready to have a water challenge for a week. 

Seven days to see who can drink the most water, drinking at least 64oz daily. 

Try it. Yes, you will pee a lot, but you will have more energy, your skin, nails, and hair will look lovely, and you’ll feel great!

Do whatever you need to do to make it happen.

Get a cool water bottle (preferably glass or metal).

If you don’t like the taste of water, throw some fresh or frozen fruit in with it, some mint, some cool shaped ice cubes. Whatever helps you.
